Welcome to MySchoolView! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to manage your school’s revenue, students, and fees with ease.

🚀 1. Getting Started

Registration & Login

1. Go to https://www.myschoolview.com.ng/
2. Click Start Free Testing Phase or Register Your School.
3. Google Login: Click the Continue with Google button to sign up instantly.
4. Initial Setup: After your first login, you will be redirected to the Complete Your School Setup page to finalize your account.

Profile & School Details

Before you reach the dashboard, you must provide:

• Administrator Profile: Confirm your Full Name and set a Login Password.
• Tip: Setting a password allows you to log in with your email directly if Google is ever unavailable.
• School Information:
• Name: Your official school name.
• Phone: A valid 11-digit school phone number.
• Address: Structured into Street, City, and State.

Create Academic Terms

Management is based on academic terms (e.g., “First Term 2023/2024”).

• Go to the Dashboard or Settings.
• Ensure an active term is created so students can be billed correctly.

Set Up Classes

Organize your school by creating classes (e.g., Nursery 1, Primary 5, JSS 3).

1. Go to Classes.
2. Click Add New Class.
3. Enter the class name and optional section (e.g., “Gold”).
